Contracts
With all contracts there are set call out charge remaining at 60 Pounds for every visit.
1 year contract 1 machine 1500.00 Pounds
1 year contract 2 machines 1900.00 Pounds
1 year contact 3 machines 2300.00 Pounds
1 year contact 4 machines 2700.00 Pounds
1 year contract up to 10 machines 3500.00 Pounds (office use generally)
All contracts include antivirus managed by us with the capability to log into your machine offsite and make any repairs or adjustments needed.
All contracts also include unlimited phone and email assistance 24/7 and no hourly charge no matter how long the job takes.
Our new hourly rate is 40.00 Pounds per hour without a contract.
Our over phone assistance is charged at 10 Pounds per 30 minuet conversation not billed to you phone company but to yourself for clients without a contract.
Our email assistance is charged at 2 Pounds per email for client without a contract
